Prior to founding CDH, Mr.Wu was the Head of CICC’s private equity group from its inception in 1995, a Managing Director since 1998 and a member of CICC’s Management Committee from 2000-2002. From 1991 to 1993, he was a Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation. From 1984 to 1991, he was an Operation Officer at the World Bank. After leaving the IFC/World Bank, Mr.Wu returned to China to become a founding partner and Managing Director at Beijing Copia Consulting Company Ltd. Mr.Wu received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Management of Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

From 1999 until co-founding CDH, Ms. Hu was a Senior Associate in CICC’s private equity group. From 1995 to 1999, she was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen where she provided auditing and business advisory services to foreign and domestic publicly listed companies and foreign investment companies. Ms. Hu received her M.S. degree in Economics and her B.S. degree from Northern Jiaotong University. Ms. Hu is a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of United Kingdom and a qualified Securities Certified CPA.

From 1999 until co-founding CDH, Mr.Wang was a Senior Associate in CICC’s private equity group. From 1994 to 1999, Mr.Wang was a Senior Manager in China National Investment and Guaranty Corporation’s Loan Guarantee Department. From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Wang was a project manager at De Bao Real Estate Developing Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degree from the Research Institute for Fiscal Sciences of the Ministry of Finance and his B.S. degree from East China Jiao Tong University.

Mr. Ho joined CDH Private Credit in 2011. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Ho was the Senior Investment Executive Director of Property Investment Division in Pingan Trust. Prior to that, Mr. Ho was the Investment Director in Shenzhen Taskin Investment Advisory Company. Mr. Ho received his master’s degree in finance from the University of New South Wales and bachelor’s degree in economics from Zhongshan University.

A founding member of CDH Real Assets, Ms. Wang joined CDH in 2008 and boasts over 20 years of experience in real assets investments and fund management. Prior to CDH, she held positions at McKinsey & Company, A.T. Kearney and Bank of China, working across their Chicago, Shanghai, and Hong Kong offices. Ms. Wang holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

Mr.Ying founded CDH Baifu in 2012. Prior to joining CDH in 2009, Mr.Ying was the Director, Vice President, and Operations Director of China Resources (Holding) Ltd. Mr.Ying received his Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Hangzhou Institute of Commerce and his M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco. 

Prior to founding Cephei in 2006, Mr. Li was the Managing Director and Head of the Sales & Trading Department of China International Capital Corporation (“CICC”). From 1992 to 1997, he was the Manager of Portfolio Analytics and Corporate Finance at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). Mr. Li received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University.

Ms. Guo joined CDH Investments in 2002. From 1997 to 2001, Ms. Guo was a senior staff at Arthur Andersen. Ms. Guo is a Certified Public Accountant and received her MBA the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a bachelor’s degree from the Central University of Finance and Economics, and a CPA.
