    The retail building is located at Shinsaibashi, prime retail area in Osaka. CDH effectively improved the net operating income by cost reduction and rent appreciation after acquisition. The project has exited successfully and delivered both stable interim distribution and capital appreciation for investors.

    Driven by economy growth and booming e-commerce sector, the U.S. industrial real estate market has been enjoying sustainable upbeats with strong demand. The portfolio is consisted of more than 20 properties across multiple states. With high-quality tenants and a long WALE, the portfolio maintained ~100% occupancy throughout the holding period. By effectively controlling the entry cost via a portfolio acquisition and obtaining a high-quality loan facility, this investment delivered  both stable cash-on-cash return and long-term capital appreciation.

    The office building is located at one of the CBD areas of Tokyo. CDH effectively improved the rental revenue and net operating income by re-tenancy and operating cost optimization after acquisition. The project has exited successfully and generated high overall return for investors.

    As an iconic revitalized property in Chicago and one of the largest green buildings in the U.S. upon completion of the renovation, the property is located in an emerging tech community with strong market demand and limited pipeline supply. Taking advantage of a special opportunity, CDH managed to acquire the property below both market and replacement costs and secure a long lease term from a credit anchor tenant (a subsidiary of a publicly traded logistic company) which provides stable and long-term cash flow for the project.

  • A synergistic tech-park development platform formed by CDH and its portfolio company – Hundsun Tech-Park

    Location: Hangzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Luoyang, Tianjin etc.

    Partnering-up with our portfolio company, CDH built an investment platform to develop a boutique tech-park styled office in Hangzhou, which then became the market benchmark. The Hangzhou model was then successfully replicated in multiple cities, including Changzhou, Wuxi, Luoyang and Tianjin and all of those projects have been successfully exited.

    A garden-style student housing complex that is serving the University of Taxes at Austin with ~60,000 students and growing. The investment was made at Austin’s early growing stage and has benefited from the continuous development of the local economy. CDH managed to realize a successful property value-add by acquiring the property below replacement cost and executing the renovation and rent growth plans within a short timeframe.
